You are required to complete this safety training to work onsite at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center (PVHMC). After completing the safety training, there is a form you must complete to receive credit.

To expedite your security badging process, it is recommended that you have your background check and immunization records available at the time you take the training. If needed, you may transmit your records to the Construction Management Office at PVHMC in person, but this may slow the processing time of your security badge.

You must complete the training at one time (approximately 1 hour).
